Following on from the announcement made by our MD regarding DPD, I would like to reassure our customers that nothing has changed with regard to the service provided to you.

The changeover has enabled us to revise and lower some of our delivery charges to Mainland UK and our UK delivery coverage is also unchanged.

UKMail has the same parcel tracking abilities as DPD and can be accessed from our FAQ section How Do I Track My Order? or from UKMail’s own website UKMail.

We, at Homecare Essentials are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with UKMail and would ask you, our customers, to render us a small amount of forgiveness if any delivery errors occur during the changeover.
