the long and short of the article is a warning that 1 in 10 parcels may not be delivered on time due to the volume of shopping over the weekend.

At Homecare Essentials, we are the busiest we have ever been and that’s a huge thank you to our customers, now, whilst we are dispatching your orders on time, we do ask you to bear with us should your package be delivered a day or so late and to please bear in mind, Royal Mail and UK Mail, our carriers are currently stretched to the limit with the sheer volume of deliveries being requested at this time of the year.

Point to remember: Royal Mail standard delivery DOES NOT carry any tracking facilities so if you requested standard delivery, please check with your local Royal Mail depot before contacting us.
