Born of the passion to bring you truly distinctive, healthy extra virgin olive oils.

Because not all olive oils are the same.

Garlic, Black Pepper & Balsamic Vinegar Infused Oil achieves a wonderful balance of pepper with balsamic vinegar and the familiar hint of garlic with the smooth tones and softness of the extra virgin olive oil.

The traditional Italian combination of extra virgin olive oil with balsamic vinegar with something a little bit special…

The Pata family have taken their time to create this fabulous oil. We can only imagine the animated conversations at the dinner table through the Italian summer as exactly the right combinations were discovered ready for the November harvest.

Chilli Infused Olive Oil is a great way to spice up any salad. One of our favourites is the traditional “tricolore salad” with tomato, avocado, mozzarella; the addition of our chilli oil gives it a great kick!

Calabria, like Tuscany, is famous for its chili’s, known locally as peperoncini. This oil has a bite, and is perfect for drizzling over pasta dishes.

The Italians love to combine seafood pasta with a hint of chilli, so this is another lovely table oil to drizzle.

Bergamot Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a beautiful oil for drizzling on salads, especially with interesting additions such as beetroot, walnuts or grapes. For the more adventurous, try this as a dessert oil on dishes. It’s delicious with fruit or dark chocolate… as we said, the bergamot is a little bit different!

This is a truly unique infused oil from Calabria, famous for producing 80% of the world’s Bergamot fruit.

The Bergamot is a fruit bearing tree which prides itself on being just a little bit different, just like the Calabrians themselves! Earl Grey greatly prized the fruit infused into tea, and we know it’s great with extra virgin olive oil as well.

Flowering in winter and thriving in the very special climate between the southern Italian Tyrrhenian and Ionian Seas, it basks in the summer sun to produce fruit which looks like a grapefruit but tastes more like an orange.

Lemon Infused Olive Oil is wonderful as a drizzle for fish or chicken dishes, or with antipasti and for dipping with bread.

The lemons grown on the Pata estate are not quite like those we see on supermarket shelves. They are handpicked in all shapes and sizes at precisely the right time.

The whole fruit is pressed together with the olives to create this unique union of flavours. Lemons have been shown to possibly reduce the glycaemic index of foods, making this a great oil to drizzle on cous cous or rice as an accompaniment to any meal.

Rosemary Infused Olive Oil is a wonderful fusion of the high antioxidant ottobratica extravirgin olive oil with Rosemary from the Pata estate.

After the lilac flowering of this hardy Mediterranean herb, leaves are harvested and mixed with the olives for pressing to produce this stunning oil. The subtle perfume of the rosemary with the grassy flavours of the extravirgin olive oil creates a wonderful oil to add to potatoes or other vegetables after roasting in extravirgin olive oil, or drizzled onto a lamb or beef dish just prior to serving.

Rosemary Infused Olive Oil is also well worth a try with a salad, simply as a beautiful taster with bread or on a steak!

Mandarin Infused Olive Oil is perfect for dipping or for drizzling over salads, pasta or adding to game dishes.

Mandarins freshly pressed with the ottobratica extravirgin olive oil add zest and energy to the beautiful high antioxidant Pata oils.

Try a little at the table to add beautiful flavours to duck or chicken.
