It’s that time again, when we say goodbye to another year and welcome in a new one.
We would like to give a heartfelt thanks to all our marvellous customers who have made 2015 another record breaking year for us at Homecare Essentials.
Since the year began we have dispatched well over half a million orders and welcomed over a million visitors to our website and we are still running at full steam, despite virtually all our staff walking around like extras from The Walking Dead due to flu, we are battling on to get your orders out to you.
Due to the weather issues and the aforementioned illness (i’m the only one not sick and that’s because I locked my office door at the first cough – it’s like i’m working at a seal colony with all the barking coughs going on outside my door), we are running a little behind in the order process but rest assured, you will get your delivery so apologies if your order is a day or so late.
Looking ahead, we expect to build on what 2015 brought us, with a website revamp in the pipeline and new products coming through the door, 2016 is looking to be a great year for us all and we look forward to sharing that with you.
