This year is a bit problematical because of the awkward way Christmas Day falls and the extra days holiday created because of this, almost all of our stock suppliers have decided to make a complete holiday of the Christmas period, closing down from Monday 19th December until January 3rd.
I am not begrudging them the break, lord knows they deserve it, that does create some potential issues for us regarding stock availability on some product lines and fulfilling orders over the Christmas period. We are working, even if they are not.
As we speak, our warehouse elves are freeing up as much room as is possible without some complicated space folding techniques and Einstein-Rosenberg quantum warp tunneling, while our fulfillment pixies are ordering as many of our most popular selling items they can get their hands on in readiness for the shutdown.
What this basically means for you, faithful customer, is that there may be the slightest possibility of the merest hint of a chance that we will be unable to fulfill and dispatch your order within our normal timescales, although, we will do everything in our power to avoid that happening if at all possible. If that does occur with your particular order, we will notify you via email straightaway. As always, we will confirm all orders dispatched over the holiday period via email.
