For the second consecutive year, Homecare Essentials has been awarded Feefo’s highest service award, the coveted Platinum Trusted Service Award.
We thought we might have missed out this time around as we had the website switched off for a significant portion of last year due to the COVID crisis which meant no orders were being registered and no feedback requests were being submitted. We were very pleasantly surprised when we were told not only had we qualified for consideration but we had actually exceeded the target to receive the platinum certification.

A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique as all the awards are based purely on the interactions with verified customers. This feedback has been collated by the Feefo review platform, with the accolades being awarded based upon performance.
Homecare Essentials met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
