We are very pleased to announce the launch of our new and updated website www.homecareessentials.co.uk which we have dubbed version 2.0
Whilst to you the customer, the changes are mostly cosmetic, it is behind the scenes where the real changes were made.
Built from the ground up on an entirely new e-commerce platform, it allows us to have much higher levels of buyer security and also introduces 3d secure to card payments adding an extra layer of security.
Our customer communication has been expanded with automated emails for order confirmation which now includes a copy of your invoice attached automatically. Our General Enquiry contact webform has been expanded and is now easier to use to contact us after hours.
The basket has been streamlined and is now easier to amend quantities and items on the fly with an instant re-price without needing to refresh the page and a clear basket option has been added to remove all the contents of the basket in one go.
One further change is the introduction of trade accounts. The details are being finalised currently but we are taking applications for trade accounts now, just click register on the website and request trade account. Your trade details will be pending approval but once approved, you will be contacted and your login will then give you access to your own dedicated trade account and prices.
